MCLAUGHLIN YOUNG EMPLOYEE SERVICES
The Employee Assistance Program helps employees deal with a variety of life issues, including relationships, work-related concerns, and depression. The confidential services offered by the EAP are protected by the law, and participants remain anonymous.
The EAP services offered by Mclaughlin Young Employee Services are available to all employees of the school district. The healthcare providers at the EAP are trained to help clients overcome emotional, behavioral, and cognitive difficulties. They provide counseling in individual settings, as well as referrals to other medical mental health professionals.
